Los markets se han convertido en lugares imprescindibles donde buscar complementos, ropa u objetos de una forma amable y divertida. Además a mí me gustan porque son espacios donde puedo compartir con otros creadores experiencias e impresiones sobre lo que hacemos y por qué lo hacemos. Pero sobre todo porque puedo encontrarme cara a cara con los que llevaréis (o no) algún atebonita.

Poder hablar con la gente sobre su viaje o su experiencia, conocer qué hacen ahí en ese momento y hacia donde van, si les gusta nuestra ciudad, saber por qué han venido... me parece fantástico. Mientras os vais probando pendientes existe un intercambio ameno, desinteresado y a la vez superinteresante sobre quién hay detrás de aquella sonrisa que te visita durante unos minutos en tu mesa.

Me parece un auténtico lujo tener la oportunidad de conocer pequeñas historias de gente que comparte algo propio de una manera feliz.

Why I like markets

Markets have become essential places to look for local accessories, clothing or objects in a friendly and enjoyable way. I also like them because they are spaces where I can share with other creators experiences and impressions about what we are doing and why we do it. But above all because I can meet face to face with those who will carry (or not) some atebonita.

To be able to talk to people about their journey or their experience, what they are doing there at that time and where they are going, if they like our city, to know why they are here... I think it is fantastic. While you are trying on earrings there is a pleasant, selfless and at the same time super interesting unique exchange about who is behind that smile that visits you for a few minutes at your table.

I feel it's a real luxury to have the opportunity to learn for a few minutes small stories of people who share something of their own in a happy way.

Thanks for your visits this weekend at @palomarketfest, a must if you're coming to Barcelona!
